1. Refund Eligibility:
• Refunds are only available for orders that have not been processed or printed.
• Once an order has been processed and/or printed, it cannot be returned for a refund.
• If you wish to request a refund, please do so before your order enters the processing stage.
2. Refund Process:

Our team will verify the status of your order and determine if it is eligible for a refund. If your order has not been processed, we will proceed with the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 10.

• Orders that have entered the processing stage or have been printed are not eligible for refunds.
• Customized or personalized orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
4. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective printed item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to process your refund or replacement.
